Begin by adding your paper on a 650x650 canvas

and new mask from image,have mask open in psp

pull from drop list

you may need to set it on invert.

re-size by 85%

and repeat with a closeup tube

using the mask once more

merge the two,tube,masked layers

apply porcelain and panel stripes

add your main tube

add the elements around
