Let's mask our paper firstly,then add the frame shown.

inside  add closeup tube.

apply the following filter then merge with frame

add the tophat,and skull

cluster them with the candycane

arrange as you like

add one of the music bars

and type out some wording

use noise and glow if you like

add designers name or yours
