Let's begin with having the paper and mask to be used

already open in psp

duplicate paper,load mask

merge visible

copy and paste onto a 650x650 canvas

add the skateboard as used in mine

add the tag with tie,and flip

then move to right

add the button and bow

re-size your main tube to around 89% three times

then run my glow script as in previous tutorial of same name.

I used two fonts

first and last letter one font

then filled in with second font

adjust-add noise

then ran my own script for glow-shadow
