Okay,You will need mask 23 from brutal designs
my effects script
eye candy 4 glow
lokas shadow maker
and an imagination
or you can make your tag to look like mine

to make the glowed text and shadow
you may use my own made script
but only after tag if fully made and ready to save,
as it will merge all layers.
On a 650x650 canvas
add the paper of choice.
load the mask from disc.
merge group-duplicate
now move one up and one down to left
merge these visible only
take the multi frame
select one area at a time,modify-expand selection by4
invert paste closeup or medium tube as new layer
arrange and press delete
after all tube are in place,merge those layers only
copy-paste as new image
apply mura copies-line-5 and then fade out
then add back to tag,now apply blur
and then wallpaper
selection inside each frame area again,invert
on wallpapered layer press delete
selection none
add word art and elements
main tube then type out your name.
add copyrights so it's legible
