grab any paper from kit

re-size 80%

draw a selection then promote to layer

delete original paper

this leaves the promoted layer

a rectangle

now apply AAA frames

small border

now make a new image of 650x650

paste as new layer

effect-mura copies

set to 3 and tick fade out

now duplicate

rotate left 90

now merge these
add penta dot n cross

and add frame of choice

add a paper inside along with a

closeup tube

add a colored layer and apply un plugged effex-pattern offset

set to screen in layers properties

add your other elements

add main tube
