pick out 3 or 4 papers to add to each layer

place your elements each side

align so it's balanced out

not too many on either side.

apply filters of choice from within PS

add main tube and add layer

fill with white and add noise

using a font of choice, type out

then choose a style

use the warp tool

to make it rise up

right click in layers prop. remove the stroke- uncheck
