Open the paper background 1

and load the mask of choice.

add the heart frame

re-size 80%

and selection inside.

modify-expand by 5-invert

add the paper and closeup tube.

apply red paw media Beautifier

select the greens/black

then apply Vm transmission or Scanlines

arrange the elements of choice around and place main tube

repeat red paw media same settings

select the 4 fonts you like

choose a different color for each

hide text layer

merge all visible

hide main body of tag,un-hide text

select all float

modify expand by 2

add new layer fill with white

selection none.

adjust add remove noise.
