On a large canvas use preset shapes Rounded Rectangle And the heart

open your tube of choice

set foreground and background from two colors from tube..

then tick the gradient tool and set to radial/Angle/ 21 and 3 repeats

tap inside each shape modify-expand by 2 add new layers

and fill.

keeping selected, add several layers with different brushes.

selection none

now merge gradient and brushes layers and apply L&K Zita

add layer fill with gradient again and load Vix's Big Mask 1

and apply L&K Zita again

add your tubes inside frames and main layer

apply Xero-Soft Mood
