Let's begin on a large canvas of 750x750

we can re-size as needed later.

add the shamrock print

duplicate,mirror and flip

arrange as you see in my finished tag.

add rope frame and add the print larger one

and paper

and tube closeup

repeat selection inside and modify by 4

invert

then on each layer press delete

selections none

merge these duplicate

apply xero-softmood

or apply before merging.

add this shadow on merged layers

let's set our tube layer to luminance legacy

and merge

place onto main tag image

below main tube

add any of the elements desired now and type out the text

add glow and noise
