Okay, open the frame of choice-add the closeup

and also any paper below

on tube layer apply Xero-Porcelain

merge the layers visible

add two contrasting papers

one dark and one striped

apply same mask to both and free rotate top layer,the lighter one to the right

45 degrees

merge groups only

add the swirl

duplicate-mirror

duplicate mirror-flip

till there are 4

as seen in my tag.

place these merged below top paper and above bottom paper

add the heart element and re-size

duplicate and arrange top/bottom

add your wording as desired.
