Begin by adding a tube and duplicating it.
On bottom copy-adjust blur guassion by 8
then apply toadies what are you
blur it again
add the closeup tube and apply mura copies default
then fade it out into the blurred layer
apply your text and apply copies line fade out is ticked
apply AAA Frames ,I used 8 and border of 1
