add flames at bottom of tube

and merge those only

add the emo doll and cherry skull

lips,candy and hand

arrange as you like

hide all layers except tube,flame doll and cherry skull

merge visible selection all float-modify expand by 2

add layer - fill with color white

adjust add remove noise

100 - uniform mono

take the font of choice and add your name
