Open Paper 7 and load mask of choice

I used one by VIX

Open the cluster frame

and background of choice

select inside cluster-modify expand by 5

invert paste bg as new layer

then scale it down by 65%

press delete and repeat with closeup of choice

Now merge visible and apply redpaw media

default settings

now add main tube

selection all float-expand by 2

apply Flaming Pear 

I used and old setting by Pracken

Her site is gone,but I saved the flaming pear preset here

next selection inside that applied filter layer

modify expand 2 delete

effects edge effects,sharpen once

add shadowing

using your favorite settings or mine above

add the other elements of choice.

add copyrights and name
