I didn't have the tube inspired by so I improvised a bit

Tube is one I won during the drawing last year and donated to Creative Misfits.

I used xenofex baked earth

and radiance filters

Let's make a 650x350 image, add paper of choice,I used radial one

crop to paper layer

add the wordart latex queen text

set to overlay

add the closeup if availible

set to soft light and apply xero-radiance

repeat on main tube layer

duplicate and adjust blur by 2

set this layer to soft light

add the arrows, and crown

add the star elements.

I stacked mine and glowed on the bottom one
