I use psp 9 and the manual color correction tool

as you will be shown here.

I adore her work.

I first hid all the layers not being used

and left visible the layers to re-color

Now zoom into your layer at 100%

highlight layer to be colored

adjust-color-manual cc

choose the color source

the target color

press ok

move on to the next layer to color

once all layers have been worked on,un hide body and merge visible

I went a bit further and desaturated the body slightly

using xero grey tinter
