Open a large canvas of 750x750
you can crop it later
add the ornate framw,selection inside
modify expand by 4 then invert
add the closeup tube
press delete...keep selection, add paper
resize 80% repeat delete,now selction none
merge the paper and tube only
apply contrasting checkers,settings default
now apply porcelain your choice of settings
merge all visible
shadow with lokas shadow
add the tag and type out your name
shadow again
now just add your other elements as desired.
I also added the rings and added closeups
