I always begin my tag from the base up
I add my paper of choice and pick a mask
load from disc-inside psp
or choose new mask from image
if I have it open in psp
add the frame and closeup tube
merge those two
add your elements and set the layer properties
to screen or soft light
come up with your own wording for
the added text.
I used lokas shadow the settings are basic.
