Supplies needed:
Mask-Vix or your choice
PSP – I used 9 but any version will do
Tube of Choice:
Font:Clarissa

I used the awesome artwork of Keith Garvey
Please do not use ’s work without purchasing a license first.
Open your supplies needed
place on a large canvas of 650×650
re-size the dotted paper by 95% 3 times
load the mask by Vix
merge group only
adding the dot scatters
and lips
arrange as you like
add the shoes and scale down by 59% once
I erased off the dots behind frame
go ahead merge visible,not flatten
open the triple circle frame
paste as new image and add your
closeup tubes
apply xero-emphasis and radiance
when happy merge and crop
paste as new layer onto main tag
duplicate and resize top copy by 95%
on bottom copy apply redfield as seen below
