select all on template-paste paper into selection
add your main tube-apply muras copies
have fade out checked and play with settings
now fade it again in layer properties
add the elements of choice.
the lines in center across width-tap inside
and fill a new layer with white
fade it out to 25%
merge visible and copy paste onto
avatar temp.
add your copyrights and save
