This is a rather simple tutorial
Open a 650x260 canvas.
add the paper of choice
add the elements of choice and lower the opacity of each one
use a different on each layer
once arranged merge and copy
paste as new image
then go to image-decrease by 16
use the nearest and dithered.
copy paste back to main tag,
apply atomospherizer
and set to layer properties of choice.
add copyrights and make your avatar off main image.
