On a 650×650 or larger,add the paper of choice
and load a favorite mask.
add the circle frame,paper with sugar skulls
erase overhanging.
tap inside add tube close-up
modify-expand by 6
invert and delete excess,select none
duplicate and apply xero-porclain,move blue
channel to zero
bottom copy adjust change color to zero
repeat on main tube
add the word art the lime
and pepper
arrange as you wish
text-apply noise from inside psp
I made 3 applications of text and changed each color
