Open becky's mask 042 and create new mask from image in drop list
on a 650x650 canvas add the radial paper.
then load mask you just created
merge visible
re-size 95% 4 times
duplicate,mirror,flip
and arrange top left and bottom right
fill a layer with black so it can be seen to arrange
properly,and not get cut off on edges
once happy,remove black layer.
add frames used in my tag...fill with paper
add candy and apply mura copies tiling angle
tick fade out box
then erase the part that hangs out of frame layer
on oblong frame add the paper and tube
merge and xero-grey tinter on one copy,set top layer to soft light
for the text,I used two different fonts
and a 3rd for the design below name.
