Below are the main elements I used
arrange these on a 600x600
blank(transparent) image
on the frame-rotate 90 degrees right
add the print element under it
and add a closeup tube inside frame
add your favorite texture and set to screen
or hard light,your choice.

layers merge visible
and load a mask of choice
on merged layer.
yours may or may not look like mine.
but continue as it's only a guide
select all float-defloat-invert
add the ribbon and arrange on bottom of tag
then press delete-select none
add the main tube and make her left of merged layer
like she's resting her foot on the ribbon
add the copyright
your name and shadows of choice
