add the long frame,rotate right all layers
scale down 80%.
tap inside,modify expand by 6
invert,add closeup and a paper
arrange both below frame
press invert and press delete on each layer
selection,none
add the pink skull,the green buttafly
and the tag.
arrange as you like.
on tube layer-effects knoll light factory-default
then duplicate,blur by 3
set to screen
layers merge visible
add main tube and apply a shadow
add name and copyright
